About Bill
Bill is dedicated to serving clients globally and providing experienced counsel in traditional and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). With an eye for practical problem-solving, he works with clients in a variety of industries, including construction, professional services, export industries, and Latin American produce companies.
Bill’s experience covers complex construction litigation, including disputes involving the California Public Contract Code, breach-of-fiduciary-duty claims, insurance coverage litigation, alleged trade secret misappropriation, and claims of unlawful discrimination.
