About Brian
An experienced litigator, Brian handles complex claims for businesses of all sizes. He has litigation experience in insurance coverage matters, focusing on environmental, asbestos, and construction defects liability, and has secured appellate victories in state and federal courts.
As outside general counsel to small business owners, he provides guidance on business law issues, including environmental, real estate, franchise relations, employment, intellectual property, and other matters that may arise.
