About Kevin
Kevin is a seasoned litigator and dedicated advocate who represents clients in premises liability, auto accidents, medical malpractice, contractual rights, employment issues, and property disputes. With extensive experience across complex governmental, in-house, and law firm roles – and a proven ability to solve complex issues – Kevin has successfully navigated a wide range of cases. These include arbitrations, state court civil and criminal proceedings, and federal matters in trial, appellate, bankruptcy courts, and complex commercial transactions.
With an executive MBA and a diverse skill set, Kevin draws on his distinctive blend of legal experience and business acumen to tackle and lead risk management and compliance initiatives in a manner that fosters community well-being.
Kevin values the human element of law deeply, as it enriches him both professionally and personally. In meeting and working with a diverse range of people, from clients and colleagues to experts across various fields, he builds relationships that better enable them to navigate legal challenges.

- Led efforts in advocating for and ensuring compliance in delivering the COVID-19 vaccine to the nation’s third-largest school district, coordinating with local communities, state and city officials, and nationwide medical providers.
