About Daniel
Daniel focuses his practice on professional liability, personal injury, product and premises liability, and commercial litigation matters. He works with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing representation at all stages of litigation.
Daniel recently got a case dismissed involving a life insurer wrongfully sued for failing to investigate the source of the premiums. Through scrupulous and diligent work, he was able to achieve a favorable demurrer ruling for the client.
