Christiane Sinclair

With over two decades of experience in insurance law, Christy focuses on general coverage, regulation and compliance, and bad-faith litigation, particularly under auto, homeowners, and commercial policies. She also defends insurance companies in Department of Insurance inquiries and proceedings. Additionally, Christy has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including construction, toxic tort, and mold disputes.

Outside of litigation, Christy advises insurers on claims handling, fraud investigations, roadside assistance, and training compliance. She also counsels insurers on drafting policy provisions, procedures, and standardized letters to ensure regulatory adherence.
