- Drafted motion in limine to exclude the plaintiff’s expert and response in opposition to the plaintiff’s motion in limine to exclude the defendants’ expert, which were granted in part in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
- Represented an LLC in its defense against a claim for personal injuries as a result of the client’s alleged negligence. Drafted a motion for summary judgment that was granted on all counts in Florida state court.
- Represented individual property owners against a claim for personal injuries as a result of the clients’ alleged negligence. Drafted a motion for summary judgment that was granted on all counts in Florida state court.
- Represented a corporation against a claim for personal injuries as a result of the client’s alleged negligence. Drafted a motion for summary judgment that was granted on all counts in Florida state court.
