About Victoria
Victoria manages every stage of commercial litigation, providing strategic defense in personal injury, tort, and other liability claims, as well as insurance defense cases and contract disputes. She takes a practical approach to client matters and develops strong defense strategies that enable the efficient and effective resolution of disputes and help ensure the best outcome for businesses.
Previously, Victoria served as in-house counsel for a debt collections company and handled a variety of civil litigation matters and represented her employer in court, arbitration, and mediation on matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other state and federal consumer laws.
