About Maria
Maria represents insurers in litigation coverage actions, with a focus on complex third-party issues, including bad faith and construction litigation disputes.
Maria’s prior litigation experience broadly extends to commercial matters including bankruptcy, business torts, breaches of contract, breaches of confidentiality, and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to working in private practice, Maria clerked for the Honorable Robert N. Opel ll in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania for two years.
