About Gary
With more than three decades of experience, Gary concentrates his practice on defending insurers nationally in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including general liability, professional liability, automobile liability, and property coverage. He handles every aspect of insurer representation, from rendering coverage advice to prosecuting and defending declaratory judgment actions at the trial court level and on appeal.
Gary has authored thousands of coverage opinions, litigated hundreds of declaratory actions, and has been involved in some of the highest profile and complex coverage matters of the day, including the Penn State sex abuse scandal, San Bernardino and Pulse Nightclub mass shootings, US Soccer concussion litigation, the mass casualty event at the 2021 Astroworld Festival, and the Champlain Towers Surfside collapse.
