Stuart represents clients in insurance-related matters involving commercial general liability, excess, umbrella, and first-party property. He leverages his federal court experience to guide clients through all phases of the litigation process in civil matters prosecuted in federal court, including dispositive motions. Stuart also counsels clients on all aspects of claims handling.
