About Father Grogan
Father Grogan serves as an ethics consultant for Hinshaw and its clients, focusing on healthcare institutions such as hospitals, insurance companies, and doctors. He collaborates with the firm’s medical malpractice and healthcare attorneys to help clients address clinical, organizational matters like community benefit tracking and reporting software (CBISA), human resources, and government relations, as well as transactional issues including joint ventures and nonprofit mergers. He also advises on major healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
An experienced real estate attorney, he also handles property sales, leases, and related matters both secular and religious, particularly on behalf of Catholic-owned organizations with local, national, and Vatican connections. Father Grogran's work may include litigation, expert witness testimony, and education for boards and clinical staff.
