About Wadad
Wadad defends clients in complex insurance liability coverage disputes, focusing on claims involving general liability, excess and umbrella liability, employer’s liability, business automobile coverage, and other commercial policies. She takes a practical, results-driven approach to resolving insurance matters efficiently and effectively.
While in law school, Wadad was a senior articles editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, where her Comment on juveniles’ understanding of Miranda rights was selected for publication. She also served as a member of the St. Thomas Trial Team and as treasurer of the Cuban American Student Bar Association.
