Tracy Elmblad

Tracy has more than 30 years of experience as a technologist and innovator in the legal industry. As Hinshaw's Chief Operating Officer, she oversees Human Resources, Risk Management, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Facilities, and Litigation Support.

Prior to joining the firm, Tracy was Chief Information Officer at Bingham McCutchen. She also co-founded and led Aztech Consulting Group, LLC, where she guided the company's strategic growth and operations.
