About Thomas
Thomas focuses his practice on civil litigation, insurance, personal injury, and health care. He also represents and advises carriers in complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters. Thomas handles all aspects of litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Thomas gained significant and successful litigation experience in state and federal courts at firms in Miami, FL. Thomas also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
