Samara is a seasoned civil litigation attorney with a decade of legal experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she brings a versatile foundation built on both federal and state court experience, including service as an Assistant United States Attorney and Assistant State Attorney. She represents insurance carriers and corporate clients in premises liability, property damage, and casualty matters, drawing on extensive experience in federal and state civil procedure, dispositive motion practice, evidentiary motions, investigations, trials, and court proceedings.
