Roxette Gonzalez

Roxette Gonzalez represents insurers and corporate clients in personal injury, premises liability, automobile negligence, and other complex civil litigation matters. She manages cases through every stage of litigation, from early case evaluation and discovery through dispositive motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.

Before joining Hinshaw, Roxette practiced at two well-respected Florida litigation firms, where she gained significant experience defending medical malpractice and personal injury actions. She served as second chair during a medical malpractice jury trial that resulted in a complete defense verdict and successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of a defendant in an automobile negligence action. These experiences reinforced her belief that thorough preparation and strategic advocacy are often the difference-makers in achieving successful outcomes for clients.
