About Ori
Ori is a seasoned insurance coverage attorney representing many of the world's largest insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes. He counsels clients on commercial general liability and first-party property insurance matters and regularly provides coverage opinions and advice pre-litigation.
Ori also has significant litigation experience. His practice includes drafting pleadings, discovery demands, and dispositive motions. Ori handles cases all over the country, including New York state and federal courts.

- Successfully defended insurance carrier in a complex, trademark-based Coverage B bad faith litigation in the Third Circuit, including drafting multiple motions in limine pre-trial.
- Litigated multi-million dollar bad faith coverage lawsuits involving sexual abuse claims in New Jersey and Delaware.
- Defended a market of insurers in a $1.4 billion first‑party insurance dispute arising from a cyber-attack, shaping case strategy on attribution and causation issues for the insured’s business‑interruption and R&D damages, and positioning the matters for resolution through dispositive motion and mediation.
- Developed evidentiary record to challenge causation in a $125 million property damage claim arising from a significant storm event.
- Built core witness and documentary files supporting insurer defenses in COVID‑19–related insurance claims.
