About Mindi
Mindi is a consumer financial services attorney with experience representing financial service providers, mortgagees, loan servicers, car lenders, and banks. As a litigator, she has defended financial entities in foreclosure litigation, including fraud claims in both state and appellate courts. She has successfully argued dispositive motions by challenging standing and implementing the doctrines of res judicata and collateral estoppel. Mindi also advises service contract providers on liability matters and defends against claims of manufacturer defects, breach of contract, violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (MMWA), and negligence.

Born and raised in Arizona, Mindi has lived in Jersey City, New Jersey, for the past five years. She enjoys trying new restaurants throughout NYC and walking along the Hudson River with her friends.
