About Maureen
Maureen works within the Office of General Counsel as the lead conflicts resolution partner. In that role, she reviews every file opened in the firm, both for conflicts and the provisions of the engagement letter. She confirms that attorneys in the firm navigate conflicts with any necessary waivers and ethical walls.
As a side passion within the firm, Maureen is a member of the Hinshaw University CLE Committee, with an emphasis on attorney well-being.
