Matt advises clients on corporate transactions and bankruptcy-related matters, including complex Chapter 11 restructurings. Drawing on his experience as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy A. Barnes of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Matt provides clients with practical insights into the legal issues that arise in insolvency and restructuring. He works closely with businesses and stakeholders to deliver solutions that support their objectives and position them for long-term success.
