About Mason
Mason has extensive experience assisting financial institutions with compliance with federal consumer protection laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). He regularly defends financial institutions against claims involving predatory lending, mortgage fraud, foreclosure, eviction, tax sales, property-based code violations, and contract-based commercial disputes.
Mason serves as litigation counsel for Fortune 100 companies and their affiliates, providing multi-state defense for FRCA claims. He has a passion for defense work and delivering cost-effective and efficient resolutions for his clients.
