About Mark
Mark is a consumer finance litigator with 25 years of experience in housing, mortgage lending, and the state and federal laws governing consumer financial services. His background includes serving as in-house counsel for a national debt-buyer, a principal assistant in the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section, creator and manager of a county consumer program and a member of the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council. Most recently, Mark served as a magistrate in the Cleveland Housing Court.
Mark defends clients in foreclosure actions, consumer lawsuits, municipal code enforcement matters, and discovery disputes in municipal, state and federal courts, and he also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations.
