About Lexi
Lexi defends businesses of all sizes in litigation, representing clients in premises liability, product liability, general and commercial disputes, construction defects, and environmental matters. Clients value Lexi's tenacity and preparation, ensuring readiness for litigation’s challenges. She often serves as lead counsel for general litigation matters.
With more than 15 years of litigation and arbitration experience, Lexi handles civil litigation, class actions, and multidistrict litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Her work spans serious workplace injuries, property damage, business interruption, complex construction, commercial disputes, and first-party property damage claims. She also represents professionals in a range of errors and omissions policy matters, and manages cases involving admiralty and maritime issues.

Experience
- Conducted a high-stakes investigation into a potential nepotism policy violation of an attorney disciplinary board, interviewing over 17 employees and administrators in under a month. A series of critical issues were uncovered and documented in a comprehensive report with a recommendation to terminate the tenured administrative director.
- Serves a global insurance provider as monitoring counsel for personal injury, bodily injury, and environmental cases.
- Arbitrates on behalf of clients before the American Arbitration Society in claims involving construction defects.
- Represents an architect in an AAA arbitration matter involving claims for defects during the construction of a hotel.
- Defended a chemical company in personal injury claims related to a switchgear fire.
- Represented an industrial client in a class action for chemical exposure as trial counsel and in a successful appeal to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
- Served as trial counsel for a chemical company in class action alleging groundwater contamination, property damage, environmental remediation, and punitive damages.
- Obtained a defense verdict for an industrial client in a jury trial against mesothelioma premises claims. · Served as trial counsel for a pipeline company in a boundary action involving a right of way dispute, horizontal directional drill, and property damage claims.
- Provided defense counsel for large forest products manufacturer in a class action alleging nuisance and offsite migrations.
- Defended a car seat manufacturer in a products liability action.
- Served as trial counsel for an industrial client in a class action trials related to offset migrations and atmospheric releases.
- Represented a university in a Title IX claim in federal court for "reverse gender discrimination" and alleged hazing activities.
