Lei Wei

Lei counsels major corporate clients, including national insurance carriers and heavily regulated entities in the financial services and energy and environment sectors, in high-stakes civil litigation involving complex commercial disputes, tort and general casualty defense, and regulatory, compliance, and related proceedings. His experience spans the full lifecycle of litigation and corporate matters, from early case assessment and strategic planning through trial, resolution, and post-judgment proceedings.

Prior to joining the California bar, Lei practiced as a licensed attorney in China, where he built a foundation in cross-border legal matters and cultivated firsthand insight into international business operations and regulatory frameworks. He further refined his litigation skills through a clerkship with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, gaining courtroom trial experience and contributing to complex criminal prosecutions.
