About Jane
As a trial attorney, Jane represents legal professionals against malpractice claims to protect their rights and reputation in complex disputes. She also handles construction defect claims, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, premises-related claims, product liability, and disputes involving insurance coverage.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Jane worked at a mid-sized firm in Boston, serving on both local and national counsel teams in toxic tort, product liability, and regulatory compliance.
