About Jim
Jim represents owners and individuals in commercial litigation nationwide, including construction law, contract disputes, probate, and property and real estate matters.
Having served as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida's 15th Judicial Circuit for Palm Beach County, he draws on his extensive judicial and litigation experience to provide clients with efficient, well-reasoned solutions tailored to their legal and business needs. Jim has handled more than 60 state and federal trials, both jury and non-jury, and has represented clients before the US District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Florida's District Courts of Appeal, and the Florida Supreme Court.
