Irene Kolonias

Irene handles real estate development, financing, construction contracting, and business and complex civil litigation. In addition, she provides practical guidance on corporate entity formation and governance. 

Before joining Hinshaw, she gained extensive experience in complex tort, casualty, and securities class action matters in Florida and New York. While in law school, she worked as a corporate legal extern with Jaguar Land Rover North America, supporting the general counsel on product liability, licensing, advertising, and intellectual property issues. Additionally, she interned in the Investor Rights Clinic at Pace University, where she represented investors of modest means in securities arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
