Greg McGuire

About Greg
An experienced litigator admitted in three international jurisdictions, Greg handles complex commercial litigation, major accident defense, and product liability claims on behalf of airlines and aviation manufacturers. He also maintains a focus on Montreal Convention litigation, advising clients on the complex liability frameworks and jurisdictional nuances of international air accident law.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Greg spent several years representing clients across the broader transportation sector, including a major municipal transit authority and various nationwide ambulance operators. This depth of experience allows him to anticipate industry-specific risks and deliver strategic counsel that protects clients’ interests while supporting their operational goals.
