About Gar

Gar represents insurance carriers in complex coverage matters, including those involving commercial general liability, excess and umbrella liability, employer’s liability, and first-party property liability.

During law school, he externed for the Honorable Justice Terrence J. Lavin of the First District Illinois Appellate Court, gaining valuable insight into appellate litigation.

Before focusing on insurance coverage, Gar litigated on behalf of franchise brands, successfully enforcing franchise agreements and protecting clients’ trademarks and business concepts.
