David R. Ganfield

About David
David believes that the best lawsuit is often the one that never reaches trial. Drawing upon decades of litigation and business experience, he works closely with clients to resolve disputes early through proactive investigation, creative strategies, tactical negotiation, and practical counsel. When a favorable resolution cannot be achieved, he is a confident and effective trial advocate in court who aggressively defends his clients.
Successfully defended an advertising and marketing firm in the mass tort case filed in Lake County, Illinois, arising out of the July 4, 2022, incident, resulting in dismissal from that lawsuit.
