Charles W. Miller, III

Chuck focuses his practice on financial services-related litigation, representing banks, mortgage servicers, lenders, and other financial services companies. Over the course of his four-decade career as a litigator, he also has represented numerous insurance and medical device companies. He develops and implements practical resolution strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and avoid litigation. When litigation is necessary, Chuck and his team manage it cost-effectively to achieve the optimum result for the client.

He also draws on his experience as in-house counsel, having served as vice president and assistant general counsel at JPMorgan Chase, where he managed a team handling financial services litigation throughout the United States and acted as a relationship manager with outside counsel on projects impacting the portfolio.
