About Brittney
Brittney advises insurance carriers and corporations on a wide range of insurance-related matters, with an emphasis on complex coverage and risk exposure issues. She has also handled personal injury litigation, represented major cruise lines in maritime litigation, and provided litigation support in white-collar criminal cases.
Previously, Brittney interned at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Norma S. Lindsey of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Experience
- Achieved summary judgment on behalf of the carrier holding a policy rescinded ab initio because of material misrepresentations contained in the policy application, and holding no coverage for the million-dollar+ wrongful death claim.
- Achieved summary judgment, on behalf of the carrier, holding no coverage under the policy where the insured failed to add the vehicle and driver to the policy, and further holding that the policy could not be rewritten to add Form MCS-90 where parties never bargained for it in the first place.
