About Bianca
Bianca focuses her practice on business litigation, representing clients in disputes arising from commercial relationships, contracts, and other complex business issues. She brings a practical perspective to each engagement, recognizing the broader business objectives and considerations that shape litigation strategy.
Her experience includes matters involving contractual indemnification, insurance coverage, shareholder and fiduciary disputes, restrictive covenants, employment disputes, and other complex commercial issues.
Areas of Focus
Experience
- Obtained dismissal of contractual liability claims arising from indemnification and Illinois’s Kotecki doctrine, significantly limiting the client’s potential exposure.
- Secured summary judgment on all counts for an LLC in a personal injury action alleging negligence and vicarious liability.
- Second-chaired a breach of fiduciary duty trial involving allegations of the misappropriation of millions of dollars in trust assets and the failure to provide an accounting before the trustee's death.
