Anthony M. Ochs

Anthony enjoys being one of the first phone calls his clients make when developing their real estate project strategies. He leads transactions involving the acquisition and disposition of property, oversees due diligence, and assists clients with risk assessment. He represents both landlords and tenants for leasing industrial, retail, office and other property types, and represents lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions. Anthony regularly negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture structures, and loan documentation.

In addition, Anthony represents clients before municipalities to obtain land entitlements and works closely with municipal counsel to prepare development agreements, easements, and other land use agreements.
