About Andrew
With over twelve years of experience in civil litigation, Andrew is an experienced attorney who concentrates his practice on complex tort and general casualty matters, as well as business, insurance, and real property litigation. Andrew leverages his litigation and trial experience to efficiently and effectively guide clients through all phases of high-stakes disputes.
Andrew grew up in Southern Texas and Southern California. During law school, Andrew interned with the Orange County Superior Court under Judge David T. McEachen and served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and Federal Public Defender’s Office in the Southern District of Illinois. Since being admitted to the California Bar in 2013, Andrew has built a broad litigation and trial practice, representing clients in business, real property, personal injury, and labor and employment matters at several Southern California law firms. Since 2023, his practice has focused primarily on insurance defense.
In 2025, Andrew secured a summary adjudication in favor of his Client in construction defects litigation, saving his Client between $4-8MM in claimed consequential damages [Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case No. 23STCV27304]. Also in 2025, Andrew secured summary judgment in favor of his Client in an auto versus bicyclist wrongful death action, prevailing against the plaintiff’s claim of liability based on the Client’s alleged participation in a street race [Fresno County Superior Court, Case No. 23CECG00123].
