About Ahmed
Ahmed is an accomplished litigator with years of experience representing the nation’s preeminent financial institutions in high-stakes commercial litigation, including matters in both federal and state court. Clients continually rely on him to efficiently manage the portfolio of cases on which he is staffed from inception to resolution. He works effectively under pressure and adapts quickly to address the complex issues that arise for each client.
Ahmed's practice also includes arbitrations and evidentiary hearings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and securities disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration panels.

- Secured a sanctions award for a fintech client against a repeat plaintiff in federal court in an EFTA and FCRA matter, resulting in an order requiring the plaintiff to file the sanctions award in similar cases he files in any jurisdiction.
- Defeated a dispositive motion challenge for a large mortgage servicer in a plaintiff-friendly jurisdiction, stopping plaintiff and counsel from establishing new precedent based on nuanced allegations.
- Successfully resolved a high-stakes FINRA arbitration involving broker-dealer liability for a national financial services client.
