The U.S. Department of the Treasury has officially announced that it will no longer enforce the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) against U.S. citizens and domestic companies.

Companies will NOT be subject to fines or other enforcement actions for failure to comply with the CTA and its reporting obligations by the current March 21, 2025, deadline.
