Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that Todd Young, a transactional partner and member of the firm's Management Committee, has been named a member of the inaugural cohort of Chicago's Notable LGBTQ Executives by Crain's Chicago Business.

Hinshaw would like to congratulate its client SingleHop for completing its sale to Internap Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP). SingleHop is a leading provider of hosted private clouds and managed hosting. Hinshaw represented SingleHop and its predecessor companies for over a decade, assisting them with their initial formation, day-to-day corporate governance matters, strategic acquisitions and investments by private equity firms. The sale, completed on February 28, was for $132 million cash. The Hinshaw deal team on the transaction was led by Todd Young, with assistance from Connie Mayer, Alyssa Campbell, John Dubbs and Aimee Delaney.

IICLE is the premier provider of continuing legal education in Illinois. Founded in 1961, the Institute publishes a comprehensive set of handbooks designed by and for Illinois attorneys.

Hinshaw attorneys Tony Jacob, Connie Mayer, and Todd Young contributed chapters to the latest edition of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education's (IICLE) Business Law: Choice of Entity 2020 Edition. The publication is intended to serve as a reference for practitioners advising clients on choosing the best form of business entity for their business, as well as best practices for organizing and operating a corporation.
