Attendees will hear about current ethics trends impacting LGBTQ+ counsel, clients, and conduct in courts—including a discussion on Rule 8.4(g) of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and specific states' interpretations of same. The program will also discuss challenges facing members of the LGBTQ+ community in the legal system, and provide tips and guidance for all attorneys as they seek to uphold the rules of ethics while tackling these issues.
