Scott Seaman to Address Allocation Developments and Challenges for Insurance Counsel in Strafford Webinar

Hinshaw's Scott Seaman—a Chicago-based partner and co-chair of the firm's global Insurance Services Practice Group—will serve as a panelist in a Strafford webinar titled "Advocating Allocation of Liability and Exhaustion of Policy Limits: Policyholder and Carrier Perspectives," on February 5, 2020.

The program will provide insurance counsel with insights on the latest developments in liability allocations and a review of horizontal and vertical insurance exhaustion of policy limits. Other topics of discussion will include the relationship between the liability of the primary carrier and the excess insurer, allocation among multiple lines of insurance, and best practices to resolve priority of coverage disputes.
