Justin Penn will Present on Managing and Cleaning Up Federal and State Investigations of Debt Buyers at RMAI Annual Conference

Hinshaw's Justin Penn will present "Preparing For Managing and Cleaning Up Federal and State Investigations," at the Receivables Managements Association International's (RMAI) 2021 Annual Conference, scheduled to be held April 12 – 15, 2021. His presentation will provide a comprehensive look at the types of examinations which affect debt buyers, including how to best prepare for an investigation, how to manage the investigative process, and how to address and remediate issues uncovered by regulators.
