Joanna Storey to Discuss Civility and Communication in a Hybrid World

Hinshaw's Joanna Storey will co-present: "Civility and Communication in a Hybrid World," on September 15, 2021. This virtual CLE program—presented by The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF)—will provide practical tips for effective communication between lawyers, paralegals, staff, court reporters, and others. Topics will include civility and ethics guidelines; how to minimize stress, frustration, and disappointment through clear communication; and how to be a strong advocate for your client and yourself, while maintaining civility.
