Joanna Storey and Heather McArn to Discuss Cybersecurity and Legal Ethics

Hinshaw's Joanna Storey and Heather McArn will present "Cybersecurity and Legal Ethics" on July 20, 2021. Presented by the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) Legal Ethics Committee—of which Storey is currently the secretary—the program will focus on how attorneys can navigate the intersection of ethics and cybersecurity technology competence. Subjects covered will include cyber risk assessment, adopting a cybersecurity policy and incident response plan, training, and third-party management.
