Protecting Trademark Rights During a Global Pandemic
Jane Schlicht will address marketplace responses to COVID-19 and their impact on trademark law, including counterfeiters using a trademark owner's branding or trademarks, other deceptive commercial practices, and the recent flurry of pandemic-related trademark filings.
