Aimee Delaney and Adam Guetzow Present on Best Practices for Employers and Caregivers Following Cannabis Legalization in Illinois

Hinshaw partners Aimee Delaney and Adam Guetzow are scheduled to present a webinar titled "Illinois Compliance Update: Medical and Recreational Marijuana," on January 10, 2020. Presented in partnership with the Illinois Homecare & Hospice Council, the program will address how the Illinois Cannabis and Tax Act impacts the employment relationship, as well as best practices for employers in light of the changing legal landscape for medical and recreational marijuana use by employees. Delaney and Guetzow will also discuss how these changes can impact caregivers.
