The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Trevor Mosby has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of Providence Community Housing.
Providence Community Housing is an affordable housing organization providing more than 2,100 people throughout the Greater New Orleans region with a quality place to live and helping more than 600 individuals and families fulfill their dream of homeownership. Providence strives to provide high-quality, equitable, and affordable housing options near areas of opportunity.
Mosby advises financial institutions and other creditors on various lender liability matters. With extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, he helps clients navigate issues such as adequate collateral protection, lien ranking, terminating automatic stays, foreclosure, and challenging discharge. He also counsels clients on addressing distressed commercial lending issues, often negotiating forbearances and modifications.
