Stephanie Laird Tolson Elected to Southwest Association of Bank Counsel Board of Directors

The U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP today announced that partner Stephanie Laird Tolson has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel (SWABC).
SWABC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to informing and educating Texas lawyers who devote a substantial part of their professional time to representing banks and other financial institutions. Tolson is one of fifteen members from across Texas currently serving on the Board of Directors. Directors’ terms are for three years, with one-third of the board members elected annually.
Tolson is a trial lawyer with extensive experience handling significant commercial cases, commercial bankruptcies, and loan workouts. She works with national lenders, credit card processing companies, floor plan lenders, loan servicers, and premium finance companies, representing them in litigation, bankruptcy, and restructuring matters. She has represented many lenders in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
