Robert J. Finley, Chicago-based partner in the Personal Injury and Property Damage Defense Litigation practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, was appointed to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) Workers' Compensation Law Section Council for 2016-2017.
The purpose of the ISBA Workers' Compensation Law Section is to promote improvement in the workers' compensation system and the administration of justice under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act and Illinois Occupational Disease Act and to enhance the professional capabilities of lawyers who practice before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission by disseminating information relevant to the practice.

Robert Finley handles all aspects of workplace injury cases, including workers' compensation defense, post-settlement petitions and judgment enforcement actions, subrogation recovery, employers' liability and excess coverage interests, as well as matters before the Illinois Workers Compensation Insurance Compliance Division.
