Chicago-based partner Robert J. Finley, a member of the Personal Injury and Property Damage Defense Litigation practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, was recently appointed to serve as the Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) Workers' Compensation Law Section Council for 2017-2018.
The ISBA Workers' Compensation Law Section exists to promote improvement in the workers' compensation system and the administration of justice under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act and Illinois Occupational Disease Act and to enhance the professional capabilities of lawyers who practice before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission by disseminating information relevant to the practice.
