Ofonedu-Ime Goodwyn Named to NHSSF Board of Directors

Ofonedu-Ime Goodwyn – a Miami-based real estate and commercial transactions lawyer at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP – has been named to the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida (NHSSF). NHSSF is a Community Development Financial Institution and HUD-approved housing counseling agency that provides a full spectrum of homeownership services in English and Spanish to assist potential homebuyers in reaching and sustaining their home ownership goals and to stabilize communities in South Florida’s Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Established in 1978, NHSSF is a 501(c)(3) chartered member of the NeighborWorks® network.
As a Director, Goodwyn will assist the organization with legal matters and with implementing its strategic vision. He regularly represents national and regional lenders, borrowers and developers in a variety of real estate matters. "We are very excited that Mr. Goodwyn has joined our Board," said Arden Shank, NHSSF President & CEO. "His energy and leadership will be an asset to our organization."
